Reģistrācija absolūtajā kategorijā: 20 € (beidzas 7. decembrī). Pieejama tikai tad, ja esat reģistrējies savā svara kategorijā.

Gadījumā, ja reģistrētajā kategorijā ir zems dalībnieku skaits (mazāk nekā trīs (3) dalībnieki), organizatori patur tiesības apvienot šo kategoriju ar nākamo pieejamo un vispiemērotāko divīziju. Apvienošanā parasti prioritāte tiks dota jostas līmenim, pēc tam svaram, un visbeidzot vecumam (berneiem - vecumam, pēc tam svaram, un visbeidzot jostas līmenim).

Dalībnieki, kuri pārsniegs savu svara kategoriju svēršanās brīdī, tiks pārcelti uz nākamo, augstāko svara kategoriju.
Pasākuma laikā būs pieejama pirmā medicīniskā palīdzība, bet organizators nesedz citus medicīnas izdevumus.

Rules

Weigh-in: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM on December 12. Participants must wear their kimono (GI) during weigh-in. You can also come for the weigh-in on December 11th, at 20:00 (8:00 PM) on the first floor of the school.
Equipment: Appropriate BJJ kimono.
Identification: A valid identification document is required.
Rules: The competition will follow the official International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) rules.

In case of a low number of participants (fewer than three (3) competitors) in a registered category, the organizers reserve the right to merge that category with the next available and most appropriate division. Merges will generally prioritize belt level, then weight, then age (kids - age, then weight, then belt level).

Participants who exceed their weight limit will be moved to the next higher weight category.
First aid will be provided at the event, but the organizer is not responsible for other medical expenses.
We will present the competition schedule and the brackets as soon as possible after registration has closed.

Svēršanās: Notiks 12. decembrī no plkst. 8:30 līdz 10:00. Sportistiem jābūt ģērbtiem kimono (GI). Jūs varat ierasties arī uz svēršanos 11. decembrī, pulksten 20:00 skolas pirmajā stāvā.
Aprīkojums: Jābūt atbilstošam BJJ kimono.
Identifikācija: Jābūt derīgam personu apliecinošam dokumentam.
