Schedule

Organized by the Canadian Universities Jiu-Jitsu Association (CUJA) and sanctioned by the Ontario Jiu-Jitsu Association (OJA), CUJC was established in 2026 as Canada’s first national inter-university Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu championship.

If your university already has a jiu-jitsu club affiliated with CUJA, you must be cleared by your university’s club before competing at CUJC 2027. This ensures that athletes representing a CUJA-affiliated university are recognized by their school’s jiu-jitsu program and are eligible to represent that institution at the championship.

Compete for your team.

Competitors may register for both Gi and No-Gi divisions under the same registration fee.
Co-Ed Quintet Team Matches — university teams composed of 3 men and 2 women compete together, bringing a true team championship element to university jiu-jitsu.
